We're hiring a Junior Python Developer 🐍

We're looking for curious, motivated people to join our team as Junior Python Developer — no need for tons of experience. If you’re passionate about learning Python and Django, and want to grow by working on real-world projects, we want to meet you.

This is a remote role with flexible hours and a supportive environment where you’ll be encouraged to learn fast, ask questions, and build your developer toolbox from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

💻 Help us build and maintain software using Python and Django.
🔍 Work closely with the team to understand requirements, ask questions, and turn ideas into working code.
🛠️ Support ongoing client projects, fix bugs, and improve existing features.
📚 Learn — a lot. You'll be exposed to real production code, modern tools, and best practices.
🤝 Collaborate with other developers, project managers, and designers in a healthy, async-friendly workflow.

What we’re looking for:

🐍 Foundational knowledge of Python — whether from online courses, personal projects, or university work. You should be comfortable writing and understanding basic scripts.
🌐 Some experience with Django — or strong motivation to learn it fast. You should be able to follow documentation and start building simple views, models, and templates.
🧠 Curiosity and accountability — you’re not afraid to ask questions, accept feedback, and own up to mistakes as part of your learning process.
📝 Clear communication and basic documentation habits — we value people who can explain what they’re doing, even if it’s just in comments or internal notes.
📈 A growth mindset — you're aiming to become a solid, independent developer and you’re actively working toward that goal.

You don’t need a CS degree or a perfect resume — just show us that you're curious, eager to learn, and not afraid of a challenge.

Bonus points if you have:

🛍️ Worked on e-commerce or internal tools (even as a side project).
🌎 Experience using Git, GitHub, APIs, or databases.
💬 Basic English proficiency (B1–B2) written/spoken English — some of our clients are international.
