We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager 🚀

We’re looking for someone part-time, organized, proactive, and genuinely curious to join our team as a Technical Project Manager for software development projects.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between clients and our dev team. You’ll help uncover what the client really needs, turn those needs into actionable tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll do:

• 🤝 Be the main point of contact for clients — jump on calls, ask the right questions, and help them find smart, practical solutions.
• 📝 Translate client needs into clear, structured requirements so the dev team fully understands the “what” and “why” behind each task.
• ✅ Keep projects on track using tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, Monday — or whatever helps get the job done.
• 📲 Support the client’s operations team (mostly via WhatsApp) — help organize urgent requests, turn chaos into tickets, and keep things calm and moving forward.

What we’re looking for:

• 🧠 Someone super organized and great at keeping track of moving pieces.
• ✍️ Strong communication skills — both verbal and written. You’ll be writing a lot!
• 📚 Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
• 🛠️ Experience using project management tools like Jira, Notion, Trello, or Monday is great — but not required.
• 👂 You don’t need years of experience — we’re more interested in your ability to listen, think, structure problems, and communicate clearly.
• 🛍️ Bonus points if you’ve worked on e-commerce or software projects before (especially Shopify).
